FOUNDER

LEKFIT was founded by celebrity fitness instructor and former professional dancer Lauren E. Kleban. Lauren created the LEKFIT Method upon recognizing the need for more efficient and effective workout options that promoted health and longevity.


LEKFIT

LEKFIT is a uniquely curated fitness method featuring concepts that are designed to work the full body using intervals of low impact, high intensity, fat-burning cardio with muscle sculpting techniques created to strengthen and tone. Our musically driven, fun, challenging and effective workouts are produced in a safe, inclusive, body-positive space. The LEKFIT experience is offered both digitally and in our LA studio. LEKFIT offers three class concepts designed to complement each other for a well-rounded fitness experience. BOOST and HYPE provide both cardio and sculpt while DEFINE is strictly full-body sculpting.


PHILOSOPHY

We believe a workout should be equal parts fun and effective. Physical fitness is an opportunity to celebrate our bodies ability to move rather than punish it. We encourage all LEKFIT clients to intuitively choose their workout as we strive to eliminate rigid schedules that can lead to burn out and often times resulting in a lack of desire to keep up with fitness goals. Our three class concepts are designed to complement each other allowing LEKFIT clients to easily choose based on daily personal physical fitness needs.


DIFFERENCE

As professional body experts, we recognize not everyone is in the same place physically and personal changes can occur at anytime. Our goal to remain an inclusive fitness space prompts us to provide necessary modifications in the LA studio and online with pre + postnatal support as well as injury support.


WORKOUTS

We believe a well rounded workout involves working the entire body while strategically focusing on specific parts. We know the body is incredibly smart and adaptable and as a result, we switch the focus weekly. Our in studio and digital clients enjoy three new full-body workouts each week. We encourage in studio clients to attend all three concepts throughout the week and digital clients to do the same.

BOOST

Boost is our signature cardio and muscle sculpting full-body workout. Boost classes include a warm-up, low impact, high-intensity cardio session using mini rebounders, leg, arm and core series plus a cool down.

HYPE

Hype is our signature cardio plus full-body muscle sculpting concept similar to our BOOST class but done without the use of a rebounder. Our Hype classes include intervals of easy to follow dance inspired cardio, leg, arm and core series plus a cool down.

DEFINE
