WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?
We provide complimentary parking for each class taken.
There is also plenty of street parking and metered parking, just check the signs, we don't want you to get towed!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Supportive sneakers are required for BOOST and HYPE. We kindly ask that you DO NOT wear your beach or hiking shoes.
Comfortable workout clothes (sports bra, bike shorts, leggings, etc.)
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We provide 1 towel, antibacterial towels are available for purchase in-studio. Boxed Water is available for purchase in case you forget your water or need to refill.
ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
LEKFIT equipment coming soon! Weights, bands, and more!
Please feel free to wipe down your equipment before your class begins and once the class is finished. Please help out our team if you have a spare moment!
Our restroom and changing rooms are on the other side of the studio - please walk carefully against the back wall to access
CLASS START TIME?
Our classes are scheduled back to back so we greatly appreciate your patience while we take a few minutes to clean and reset the studio to ensure the best workout possible.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you can no longer attend class, please cancel 16 hours prior to the class time to have the credit added back to your account.
You will be charged $10 for canceling within 60 minutes of your class start time or if you simply do not show up.
WHEN DO MY CLASSES EXPIRE?
30 days from the date of purchase.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
You will be notified up to 1.5 hours prior to the start of class. If you do not remove yourself from the waitlist 1.5 hours prior to the start of class, you may get added to the class after it is too late to cancel.
DO YOU HAVE PACKAGES OR PLANS?
All classes are $35 and available for single purchase. We do not provide class packages or memberships
CAN I SHOW UP WITHOUT A RESERVATION?
Yes! Please make sure to have an account first.
HOW LONG IS CLASS?

We do not have showers at our summer pop-up but we do have changing rooms for your convenience. Our flagship studio opening this fall has FULL amenities.
As much as we love your little ones, LEKFIT does not allow unsupervised children or pets
If you need to leave class early, we ask that you do so quietly and no earlier than five minutes before the end of class - don't forget to stretch!

HOW DO I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
- You can cancel (or pause) your subscription on the purchases settings page. Please note that paused subscriptions will be automatically charged once the pause period is over.
- When you cancel, your video access will exist until the next charging cycle, but you will not be further charged.
If you signed up on the website;
- Go to the Settings page by clicking on the round avatar icon on the top right of the page. Click Settings
- Once there, click on the “Purchases” tab to find options for pausing or canceling your subscription

Pausing does not work on annual subscriptions.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO LEKFIT WORKOUTS?
We encourage clients to listen to their bodies and do what works best for each individual. Many clients find great results by getting acclimated to LEKFIT through Basics Series and then move on and join the ITS. You can mix them up or stick with the same workout each week. Every Wednesday you are provided the same content as the LA in studio clients. Most clients will BOOST 4-6x a week with 1-2 DEFINE classes and a full day of rest. Some clients need more and some less. We hope that you find something that works for you and your lifestyle!
CAN I JOIN LEKFIT DIGITAL IF I AM PREGNANT?
You can do these workouts while pregnant! We have many pregnant clients the studio who have continued with BOOST, DEFINE and HYPE throughout their pregnancies. Lauren also did her workouts during both of her pregnancies. During your second trimester, you will want to make modifications so please see out PRE/POSTNATAL video and use those from your 2nd trimester-3-month post-partum. It is important to communicate with your doctor and be aware of your body and balance especially if you are still bouncing.
HOW MANY VIDEOS DO I GET EACH WEEK?
We release 5 (five) videos weekly; BOOST, DEFINE, HYPE, JETSET, and a throwback! Plus you have access to our library of basics and informative videos that can be used as add-ons or pieced together if you want to switch things up!
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
We recommend the following, but not required – LEKFIT equipment coming soon!
- Fitness rebounder (39” or 44” – bungee not springs)
- 3 lbs, 5 lbs, and 10 lbs free weights
- Light to medium resistance band
- Light to medium resistance loop band
- 3 lb ankle weights
- Fitness glider
- Yoga mat
