WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? 

Please arrive 10 minutes before class.


DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?

We provide complimentary valet parking for each class taken in the LEKFIT parking lot.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Supportive sneakers are required for BOOST and HYPE. We kindly ask that you DO NOT wear your beach or hiking shoes.

Comfortable workout clothes (sports bra, bike shorts, leggings, etc.)


WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

All of our class concepts have the potential to use ankle weights and/or the LEKFIT band set. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and instructed which items are needed for that class by our front desk team. If you are taking HYPE is DEFINE, you will need a mat.  These items are not available to borrow and must be brought with you. Rebounders for BOOST and dumbbells are provided.  All items are available for purchase in the studio and online. LEKFIT classes can be very sweaty so we encourage you to bring or purchase a large towel. We do provide 1 small towel and large antibacterial towels are available for purchase in-studio. Boxed Water and Dirty Lemon water are available for purchase as well as a water refill station.


CLASS START TIME? 

Our classes are scheduled back to back so we greatly appreciate your patience while we take a few minutes to clean and reset the studio to ensure the best workout possible.


WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you can no longer attend class, please cancel 16 hours prior to the class time to have the credit added back to your account.

You will be charged $10 for canceling within 60 minutes of your class start time or if you simply do not show up.


WHEN DO MY CLASSES EXPIRE?

Single classes, Intro and 5 class packs expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Our 10 class pack expires within 60 days.


HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

You will be notified up to 1.5 hours prior to the start of class. If you do not remove yourself from the waitlist 1.5 hours prior to the start of class, you may get added to the class after it is too late to cancel.


DO YOU HAVE PACKAGES OR PLANS?

Yes! We offer three sets of class packages. Please be sure to check experiation dates.  All single classes are $35. 


CAN I SHOW UP WITHOUT A RESERVATION? 

Yes! Please make sure to have an account first.


HOW LONG IS CLASS?

50 minutes.


DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS? 

Yes! We have showers in both the women’s and men’s locker rooms plus on our wellness floor for your convenience post-treatment.

As much as we love your little ones, LEKFIT does not allow unsupervised children or pets
If you need to leave class early, we ask that you do so quietly and no earlier than five minutes before the end of class - don't forget to stretch!

HOW DO I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

  • You can cancel (or pause) your subscription on the purchases settings page. Please note that paused subscriptions will be automatically charged once the pause period is over.
  • When you cancel, your video access will exist until the next charging cycle, but you will not be further charged.

If you signed up on the website; 

  1. Go to the Settings page by clicking on the round avatar icon on the top right of the page. Click Settings
  2. Once there, click on the “Purchases” tab to find options for pausing or canceling your subscription

NOTE: We are unable to cancel your subscription for you, but if you’re unable to see those options on the Purchases settings page, contact us and provide the last four digits of the card currently being charged or the email registered in the account and we’ll do a search to help you further. Please be aware that once you cancel you may have access to video content for the remainder of that pay period and will not longer be charged or have access thereafter.

Pausing does not work on annual subscriptions.


HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO LEKFIT WORKOUTS? 

We encourage clients to listen to their bodies and do what works best for each individual. Many digital clients find great results by getting acclimated to LEKFIT through our Basics Series and then move on and join the In The Studio (ITS) series. You can mix it up between LEKFIT Boost, Hype and Define within the seven days. Each week you are provided the same content as our LA in studio clients and we encourage you to choose between the three concepts based on how YOUR body is feeling. Each LEKFIT concept is a full-body experience.


CAN I JOIN LEKFIT DIGITAL IF I AM PREGNANT? 

You can do these workouts while pregnant! We have many pregnant clients the studio who have continued with BOOST, DEFINE and HYPE throughout their pregnancies. During your second trimester, you will want to make modifications so please see our PRE/POSTNATAL video and use those from your 2nd trimester through 3-month postpartum. We provide modifications in many of our workouts and dedicated an entire series, LEKFIT MAMA, to pre/postnatal workouts. It is important to  communicate and consult with your caregiver throughout your pregnancy. LEKFIT simply offers their opinion. Please be aware of your body and balance especially if you are still bouncing. 


HOW MANY VIDEOS DO I GET EACH WEEK?  

Each week we release a NEW LEKFIT BOOST, DEFINE, HYPE and LEKFIT throwbacks from past classes. We also release BONUS content in the LEKFIT libraries. 


DO I NEED EQUIPMENT? 

All equipment needed is available for purchase with The LEKFIT Collection. We provide modifications and alternatives for those without or limited so please feel encouraged to join at anytime.

REBOUNDER FAQ



GENERAL

What is the weight limit?

The rebounder should not be used by persons exceeding 300 lbs (136 kg) in weight.


Can I keep my LEKFIT Rebounder outside?

This rebounder is for indoor home use only. The rebounder should be stored indoors in a dry place. Do not store the rebounder outdoors, near water, or at high humidity levels.


What’s the jumping space on each rebounder?

The mat width is 31.5”


How often should I replace my bungees?

This is case-by-case, it will depend on how often you utilize the rebounder and the weight. Always check your rebounder prior to jumping and ensure all bungees are in place and legs are tightly screwed in.


Does the LEKFIT Rebounder come fully assembled?

The LEKFIT Rebounder is fully assembled other than the screw-in legs, 8 legs will be included within the package and can be screwed on easily. The frame, mat and bungees are ready to go. If you are missing parts, please contact shop@lekfit.com within five (5) days of the delivery date.



WARRANTY & TERMS

What is the warranty of the LEKFIT Rebounder?

To be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty you must contact LEKFIT customer service at shop@lekfit.com to receive a return label and detailed instructions. The Limited Warranty applies for the following components of the rebounder only, for the time period indicated. See LEKFIT Rebounder Manual for more information.

Steel frame: LEKFIT warrants the steel frame of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of original delivery.

Mats: LEKFIT warrants the mat of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of original delivery. *Not warranted against normal wear and tear.

Bungees: LEKFIT warrants the bungees of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original delivery.


What is the return policy?

You are able to return your LEKFIT rebounder within 30 days of your receipt for a store credit to LEKFIT Collection. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we only accept rebounders for return that are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. The customer must have the original LEKFIT shipping box to make a return within the 30-day period.



SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free within contiguous USA. Any separate equipment or accessories within the cart will not qualify if it’s under the $100 threshold collectively (excluding rebounder).
Shipments are processed by USPS or UPS ground.


Do you ship internationally?

We do!
Canada: Shipping costs are roughly $80 for standard shipping to Canada. All shipments are processed by UPS. Customs vary by province and are billed directly to customers after delivery by the respective carrier. Prices in USD.
All other countries: Due to the large size of LEKFIT Rebounders and significant fluctuation of shipping rates internationally, please contact us at shop@lekfit.com to inquire about shipping prices outside of the US and Canada.
