1. HOW CAN I WATCH LEKFIT ONLINE STUDIO?

You can join us on up to 3 devices at a time on any of the following:

2. HOW DO I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

  • You can cancel (or pause) your subscription on the purchases settings page. Please note that paused subscriptions will be automatically charged once the pause period is over.
  • When you cancel, your video access will exist until the next charging cycle, but you will not be further charged.
If you signed up on the website; 
  1. Log into your account here first.  Now go to the Settings page by clicking on the round avatar icon on the top right of the page. Click Settings
  2. Once there, click on the “purchases” tab to find options for pausing or canceling your subscription

NOTE: we are unable to cancel your subscription for you, but if you’re unable to see those options on the purchases settings page, contact us and provide the last four digits of the card currently being charged or the email registered in the account and we’ll do a search to help you further. Please be aware that once you cancel you may have access to video content for the remainder of that pay period and will no longer be charged or have access thereafter. 

Pausing does not work on annual subscriptions.
We do not offer partial/prorated refunds on annual subscriptions. 

3. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO LEKFIT WORKOUTS?

With your LEKFIT online studio subscription you receive a new workout, with our DAILY DROP, seven days a week. We encourage you to join us in each daily workout as best fits your own personal needs. With your LEKFIT online studio subscription you will gain access to our exclusive, growing library, of varied content should you desire more or less than the daily drop. We encourage everyone to intuitively workout as you work to live as your healthiest self.
4. CAN I JOIN LEKFIT IF I'M PREGNANT?
Yes! Please see our full pre/postnatal series, LEKFIT MAMA on LEKFIT online studio. We recommend you remain in contact with your caregiver throughout your pregnancy to choose the best workout for you.

6. HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMO CODE?
If you are a new subscriber, you can redeem a code following the instruction here. https://support.vhx.tv/article/71-redeem-a-code  
An existing user can only apply a new promo if the old promo has already expired. For example, if you have an annual subscription that expires next October but has no active promo code applied to it (meaning you did not have a promo applied when you signed up), then you can redeem the new promo code, and the renewal price will be adjusted accordingly. The promo is applied immediately and not when the transaction takes place. 

7. WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We require proof of cancellation or suspension of your subscription prior to the renewal date for any refund requests. We kindly ask you to provide us with confirmation of your cancellation, such as an email confirmation or any other documentation indicating the cancellation date.

3. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please check-in at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. We invite you to join us as early as you'd like and stay as long as you wish to enjoy our patio and recovery room.
4. WHAT IS THE CLIMATE?
We keep the studio comfortably warm so once your muscles get warm, they stay warm. No cold sweat or cold blasts here which can cause injury. We use infrared heat along with a humidity controlled environment which is known to protect the nose and throat plus hair and skin while you workout. We believe your time spent working out should provide the most benefits possible.
5. DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?
We offer valet parking with 90 minute validation
6. CAN KIDS ATTEND STUDIO CLASSES?
Yes! We offer teen private sessions for ages 12-17. If your child is younger than 12, please email: studio@lekfit.com
7. DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN’S OR DO I NEED TO SIGN UP?
Studio members may walk - in at any time. We kindly ask if you drop-in you call or sign up prior to class. Non-members must sign up no less than 3 hours prior to class start time.
8. DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes! We kindly ask that you cancel your class reservations a within 12 hours prior to the start of class to receive a class credit. For private sessions, canceling within 48 hours of the session incurs a 50% charge. Canceling within 24 hours results in a full charge.
9. CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You have the option to freeze for up to two months (consecutively). We will apply a monthly $75 fee per month to hold your place. You may freeze your account one time within a 12 month period. Should you wish to cancel your account, we suggest canceling prior to your next auto payment to avoid unwanted charges. If you cancel your account, you will need to join again and may be subject to the $200 initiation fee if you do not rejoin during a promotion.
10. HOW DO I CANCEL MY STUDIO MEMBERSHIP?
Please navigate to your account page to cancel. Please note if you would like to cancel and rejoin at a later date, you may be subject to our initiation fee. In this case we suggest freezing your membership.
11. DO YOU HAVE A LATE FEE?
Yes. If you cancel within an hour of class start time or don’t show up for class, a $10 late fee will be applied.
12. WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR NEED MODIFICATIONS?
No problem. Simply tell the front desk and your instructor will be notified. For specific issues we encourage you to schedule an in-person or virtual private session first. To schedule please email: studio@lekfit.com
13. DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
Our equipment needs change often. Equipment is available for rent or purchase. We suggest using LEKFIT equipment of optimal experience and benefits.
14. WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please come prepared to sweat! :) Clean sneakers are required for cardio classes. Equipment is available for rent or purchase.
15. AMENITIES
We offer showers in both the women’s and men’s locker rooms plus on our wellness floor for your convenience post-treatment. In addition, other amenities include:

1. WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE LEKFIT REBOUNDER

The rebounder should not be used by persons exceeding 300 lbs (136 kg) in weight.

2. CAN I KEEP MY LEKFIT REBOUNDER OUTSIDE?

This rebounder is for indoor home use only. The rebounder should be stored indoors in a dry place. Do not store the rebounder outdoors, near water, or at high humidity levels.

3. WHAT’S THE JUMPING SPACE ON EACH REBOUNDER?

The mat width is 31.5”

4. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY REBOUNDER BUNGEES?

This is case-by-case, it will depend on how often you utilize the rebounder and the weight. Always check your rebounder prior to jumping and ensure all bungees are in place and legs are tightly screwed in.

5. DOES THE LEKFIT REBOUNDER COME FULLY ASSEMBLED?

The LEKFIT rebounder is fully assembled other than the screw-in legs, 8 legs will be included within the package and can be screwed on easily. The frame, mat and bungees are ready to go. If you are missing parts, please contact shop@lekfit.com within five (5) days of the delivery date.

6. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY OF THE LEKFIT REBOUNDER?

To be eligible for service under this limited warranty you must contact LEKFIT customer service at shop@lekfit.com to receive a return label and detailed instructions. The limited warranty applies for the following components of the rebounder only, for the time period indicated. See LEKFIT rebounder manual for more information.

Steel frame: LEKFIT warrants the steel frame of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of original delivery.

Mats: LEKFIT warrants the mat of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of original delivery. *Not warranted against normal wear and tear.

Bungees: LEKFIT warrants the bungees of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original delivery.

7. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR THE LEKFIT REBOUNDER?

You are able to return your LEKFIT rebounder within 30 days of your receipt for a store credit to LEKFIT collection. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we only accept rebounders for return that are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. The customer must have the original LEKFIT shipping box to make a return within the 30-day period.

8. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are free within contiguous USA (AK and HI excluded). Any separate equipment or accessories within the cart will not qualify if it’s under the $200 threshold collectively (excluding rebounder). 
Shipments are processed by USPS or UPS ground.

9. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! 
Canada: Shipping costs are roughly $80 for standard shipping to canada. All shipments are processed by UPS. Customs vary by province and are billed directly to customers after delivery by the respective carrier. Prices in USD.
All other countries: due to the large size of LEKFIT rebounders and significant fluctuation of shipping rates internationally, please contact us at shop@lekfit.com to inquire about shipping prices outside of the US and canada.
