Return Policy

Returns
We only process returns in the form of store credit.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include a receipt or proof of purchase and be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately all sale or discounted items are final sale.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: LEKFIT RETURNS, 346 S. La Brea, Los Angeles CA 90036. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

*Orders (rebounder excluded) over $100 are eligible for free Ground shipping within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK and HI) $100 free Ground shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any return costs.

Guarantee 
We offer a limited 30 day guarantee on all items. Be aware that your fitness equipment will work as hard as you do. Please care for your items post-sweat by laying them flat to dry and using minimal cleaning products. 

 

REBOUNDER RETURN POLICY

You are able to return your LEKFIT rebounder within 30 days for a store credit to our LEKFIT Collection. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we only accept rebounders for return that are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. The customer must have the original LEKFIT shipping box to make a return within the 30-day period.

How do I make a return?
To request a return, please contact LEKFIT customer service at shop@lekfit.com. Once returned to our warehouse, please allow between 3-5 business days to check your return, and then process your store credit.

Shipping:

The LEKFIT Rebounder is shipped in our LEKFIT box, 41” x 41” x 3” measurements
Free shipping on Rebounder orders (US only)

Any separate equipment or accessories within the cart will not qualify if it’s under the $100 threshold collectively (excluding rebounder).

Guarantee:

The Limited Warranty applies for the following components of the rebounder only, for the time period indicated. See LEKFIT Rebounder Manual for more information.
Steel frame: LEKFIT warrants the steel frame of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of original delivery.

Mats: LEKFIT warrants the mat of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of original delivery. *Not warranted against normal wear and tear.

Bungees: LEKFIT warrants the bungees of the rebounder against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original delivery. Bungees are not warranted against normal wear and tear and is important that you maintain the bungees by inspecting the bungees regularly for any damage, loose parts or other signs of wear and tear.
Mat and bungee warranty are limited to only one (1) usage replacement during applicable period.
