I love using the gliders to work out my legs. I would like to see a specific tape just for a good glider workout with variations. I've only seen the 5-minute one, so I have nothing to compare it with. It seemed like it just had one exercise. Any suggestions to which other tape to watch for more variation?
These are great for legs but the way LEKFIT uses them for obliques is incredible. I love having these in addition to my other LEKFIT gear, they are all high quality.
