How to Inflate and Deflate Your Balance Ball

- Insert the needle into the ball’s valve.
- Attach the pump and inflate the ball to your desired firmness.
2. Deflating the Ball:
- Insert the needle into the ball’s valve without attaching the pump.
- Gently squeeze the ball to release the air.
- Important: Handle the pump needle with care. It is delicate and may break if used improperly.
