How to Inflate and Deflate Your Balance Ball

• Locate the needle, which is stored at the top of the pump handle.
• Insert the needle into the ball’s valve.
• Attach the pump and inflate the ball to your desired firmness.

2. Deflating the Ball:

• Insert the needle into the ball’s valve without attaching the pump.
• Gently squeeze the ball to release the air.
• Important: Handle the pump needle with care. It is delicate and may break if used improperly.
