LEKFIT is a strategically curated fitness method that features dynamic movement designed to work the full body. With NEW daily workouts, LEKFIT contains intervals of low impact cardio with muscle sculpting techniques created to strengthen and tone. LEKFIT offers musically driven, RESULTS PROVEN, fun and challenging workouts creating a complete fitness experience.


PHILOSOPHY

We believe a workout should be equal parts fun and effective. Physical fitness is an opportunity to celebrate our bodies ability to move rather than punish it. We encourage you to join us in the daily workout, seven days a week, as we strive to eliminate plateau, boredom, burn out and injury. Our seven weekly workouts are designed to complement each other allowing LEKFIT community members achieve their fitness goals with our complete fitness method.

We take the guesswork out of your workout by providing you a seven day set of workouts. Each week we design a new focus with fresh workouts every day. We strategically structure and carefully curate your daily movement so all you have to do is show up or press play. LEKFIT workouts will provide you a full body experience using a variety of cardio with resistance and strength training exercises and techniques.
