BOUNCE Fit

Our signature high intensity interval cardio and circuit workout. Every BOUNCE Fit class includes a warm up, LOW IMPACT high intensity cardio session using mini JumpSport trampolines, active stretching, leg, arm and core series plus a cool-down.

SCULPT Fit

Ballet and yoga inspired sculpt workout designed to create long and lean muscles. Every SCULPT Fit class includes a warm up, leg, arm and core series plus extended stretching and foam rolling for optimal muscle recovery.

CHOREO Fit

Heart pumping, sweat inducing, easy to follow choreographed workout. No dance experience necessary.

FUSION Fit

High intensity cardio interval and circuit workout that incorporates all the best parts of BOUNCE, SCULPT and CHOREO. Every FUSION Fit class includes a warm up, intense cardio session, active stretching, leg, arm and core series plus a cool down.

All classes are 55 minutes.

PRIVATE Fit

Private and semi-private sessions are available Monday-Sunday.
